Your Journey

Step 1: Discovery & Consultation
Every great garden begins with a conversation. We start with a Discovery Call to understand your vision, lifestyle, and budget. If we’re aligned, we arrange an On-Site Consultation with Our Pre-Construction Manager and/or a qualified partner garden designer, exploring your space and aspirations in detail. You’re also invited to visit our office and showroom at Pirton Grange Farm to review materials, case studies, and meet the team in person.

Step 2: Design & Visualisation
Your garden vision is brought to life by our formally qualified and passionate partner garden designers. They craft a bespoke design aligned with your budget and our installation approach. The design process includes: Concept Design – Topographical survey; 2D/3D concepts, and mood board; 3D Visuals – Helping you experience your garden before construction begins; Detailed Design & Technical Specifications – Covering layout, lighting, irrigation, and levels; Planting Plans – Tailored to style, seasonality, and environment.

Step 3: Proposal & Planning
Once your design is complete, House Gardens provides a personalised, itemised quotation for the landscaping works. We ensure all costings align with the approved design and your expectations. On acceptance, we confirm your project start date and set a clear payment schedule. A detailed schedule of works and construction plan is prepared, and Our Project Manager is assigned to keep communication seamless.

Step 4: Transformation & Aftercare
The transformation begins — and your garden starts to take shape. Our skilled team completes the installation with precision and professionalism, guided by your Project Manager. A final walkthrough ensures every detail meets your expectations. Once complete, you’re left to enjoy your new garden, supported by our ongoing aftercare and optional maintenance services to keep it flourishing year after year.
What our customers say...
“ We used House and Gardens to clean up, re-turf our lawn and landscape the side of our garden and driveway following a rear extension. The team were friendly, quick and so helpful, making the process as much of a pleasure as the result - which we’re delighted with. Can’t recommend them highly enough - thanks House Gardens!
“ Dan and his team finished our garden just over a week ago and we are so happy with how it turned out. We had a vision, and they delivered on it in spades. We can't recommend them enough. In fact we will be doing just that to our neighbour. The weather was awful, but Ethan and Dave soldiered on. Thanks guys.
“ The team at House Gardens helped us reset our garden to a blank canvas after inheriting a very busy layout! Honestly can’t believe it’s the same garden, it looks so different! Highly recommend the team, they were very helpful and professional throughout!
“ The team at H&G worked hard to create a concrete base for a garden building which involved moving tonnes of soil & materials. Comms were great throughout, and when extra material was required that hadn’t originally been quoted for; the price remained the same.
